MY BACKGROUND

I'm Cecilia Linder, and I have more than 20 years' experience from projects within training and development. I got my degree at the end of the 90s, having studied journalism, marketing and multimedia, and immediately started working with digital skill supply - although back then, it was most often dellivered by CD-ROM. With an eye for design combined with plenty of sprightly ideas, I quickly found my place in capacity of Art & Creative Director at a number of different training companies. I often combined that creativity with project management in order to structure the projects, contribute to strong customer relationships and ensure that we achieve the impact goals.

Previous stepping stones

FOUNDER HAPPYWORKS AB, 2010 – 2022

Alongside three other co-owners, I co-founded the e-learning production company Happyworks AB with the motto: Learning should be fun!

Our ambition was to build the business we wanted to work for and clients and partners wanted to collaborate with. Over the years, we've helped some of Sweden's biggest companies and organisations to grow the skills and competence among staff, managers and customers globally through digital training. I was CEO and head of operations throughout the company's first decade (2010-2020). In addition to day-to-day operations and personnel responsibilities, I worked strategically with marketing and product development and, among other things, developed the concept for the Happyworks product suite: Nano Xperience, Page Xperience and Happy Xperience, as well as the concept Happy Out of Office - our package consulting offer. On top of this, I was involved with the production of hundreds of digital trainings.

CO-FOUNDER BQUALIFIED AND E-LEARNING ABK 09, 2019 – 2022

In November 2019, BQ launched its first training product - a case-based training in ABK 09 for architects and technical consultants, launched on a purpose-built learning platform. BQ's goal is to contribute to increased competence and business acumen across the board within the civil engineering sector, using digital training and a clear focus on sustainability.

FOUNDER MJUKTURBO AB, 2022

Under the Mjukturbo moniker, I now work strategically and operationally helping businesses and organisations with business development and skill supply, running training and competence development projects.

I genuinely believe that anything is possible, and I see obstacles as challenges to be tackled with great enthusiasm and occasional butterflies in the stomach.

PS. So what does ‘Mjukturbo’ even mean? I’m glad you asked.

When a former manager of mine, from one of my very first jobs, was to describe me in a speech, he paused to think for a second and eventually landed on what was to become the name of my consulting business: 'mjuk turbo', sort of like a supersonic softie - someone who makes things happen, and fast, but always with kindness, empathy and a smile. Years later, as I decided to embrace the consulting world fully, 'mjuk turbo' felt like the perfect brand.
